Urgently requires for their upcoming 5 star projects in Nagpur the following :

1. PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL) - The incumbent should be a B.E./M.E. in civil engineering. He should have at least 10-15 years of experience in independently handling sites of 50 to 100 acres like townships, etc. Should be able to lead a team for fast execution of projects.
2. ARCHITECT - The candidate should be B.Arch having 7-8 years experience in designing projects, preparing construction drawing on CAD etc. Knowledge of 3D will be an added asset. Should be also able to deliver photorealistic renderings and coordination with National / International Architects.
3. INTERIOR DESIGNERS - The incumbent should be a qualified Interior Designer and should bs able to get the work executed independently in co-ordination with the Senior Interior Designer appointed by the group.
4. PROJECT ENGINEERS (CIVIL) - The candidates should be B.E.(Civil) having at least 7-8 years experience in execution of multistoried residential and commercial projects.
5. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - The incumbent must be a Degree/Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering. Should possess exposure in handling and execution of all electrical related works. He will be responsible for preparation of bill estimates and time to time co-ordination with MSEDCL. Minimum experience of 4-5 years in similar capacity is must.
6. MANAGER HR - The Candidate should be a MBA HR Graduate. He / She should have experience of around 5 years in relevant field.
7. SECURITY OFFICER - Persons having atleast 10 years experience in similar capacity will be preferred. Retired Army personnel will be having added preference.
8. ACCOUNTANT (M/F) - A Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate having minimum 5 years experience and sound knowledge of Tally Package. Knowledge of all Statutory duties and taxes is a must.
9. ADMINISTRATOR (M/F) - The incumbent should be a Post Graduate and should be able to handle routine office work independently. Knowledge of computer is must. Previous experience in similar capacity would bean added asset.
