The written test for the selection process nil/ be through - University Grant Commission-National Eligibility  Test (UGC-NET) examination,   being conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on behalf of University Grant Commission (UGC).
Short-listing of candidates for further selection process (comprising Group Discussion (GD) & Group Task (GT) and Persona] Interviews (PI)) will be based on UGC-NET examination, scheduled on 28th December, 2014. UGC-NET score of any previous examination is not valid for recruitment in Indian Oil for the above mentioned positions.

Requirement before filling on-line application form
  1. After downloading the Application Form, Attendance Slip and Admit Card of UGC-NET examination of December-2014, the candidates should apply to Indian Oil ON-LINE. The relevant link will be made available from 7th  November. 2014 on the website of IndianOil (www.iocl.com).
  2. Candidates should click on the ON-LINE application link, read the instructions carefully and fill-in the ONLINE application form giving accurate information including the UGC-NET Roll Number.
  3. Candidates must enter the same name in the same configuration as they have entered while applying for UGC-NET- For example, if the candidate has entered his name as Praveen Kumar Singh in the ON-LINE UGC-NET application, he must enter Praveen Kumar Singh (exactly same spelling) while applying to Inch an Oil ON-LINE. He must not enter P K Singh or Praveen K Singh while applying to IndianOil). The candidates must fill-in the other information boxes correctly and 'tick' the appropriate box, wherever applicable.
  4. Upon completion, the candidate should submit the online application by clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the page. If the same is accepted, the system will generate a unique application ID along with the completed application form.
  5. Candidate should take a print out of the completed application submitted ON LINE to IndianOil, affix lusher recent passport size photograph, put his/her signature at the space provided and keep the same safely for future reference.
  6. Repeat - This print out of application submitted ONLINE to Indian Oil should be kept in safe custody of the candidate. Candidates must not send tlm printout to any office of IndianOil.
  7. The passport size photograph affixed by the candidate on the application submitted to IndianOil should be the same submitted along with U GO-NET Application Form and Admit Card If the candidate is called for GD/GT and PL his/her identity shall be verified with UGC-NET Admission Card andUGC-NET official score card.
  8. 28   December,2014 is the last date for receiving the ONLINE application by IndianOil.

Candidates need not to pay any fee for applying to IndianOil

पेपर(१) (इ. १ ली ते इ. ५ वी – प्राथमिक स्तर)

१) बालमानसशास्त्र व अध्यापनशास्त्र :-

या विषयाच्या अनुषंगाने विचारण्यात येणारे प्रश्न हे शैक्षणिक मानसशास्त्र यासंबधी व ६ ते ११ वर्षे वयोगटाच्या विद्यार्थ्याच्या अध्ययन-अध्यापन प्रक्रियेसंबधी असतील. याच बरोबर विशेष गरजा असणारी बालके, त्यांची गुणवैशिष्ट्ये, शालेय आंतरक्रिया, उत्तम शिक्षकाची गुणवैशिष्ट्ये यांच्यावर आधारीत प्रश्नांचाही सामावेश असेल. तसेच विविध विषयांच्या अध्यापन पध्दती, मूल्यमापन पध्दती यावर आधारीत प्रश्नांचा सामावेश राहील.

या विषयासाठी अध्यापत शिक्षण पदविका अभ्यासक्रमावर आधारीत विहित सध्या राज्यात सुरु असलेला पाठ्यक्रम लागू राहील.

२) भाषा-१ व भाषा-२

या परीक्षेसाठी खालील गटाप्रमाणे भाषा १ व भाषा-२ विषय घेता येतील.

भाषा-१ मराठी इंग्रजी उर्दू
भाषा-२ इंग्रजी मराठीमराठी किंवा इंग्रजी


इ. १ ली ते ५ वी असलेला अभ्यासक्रमातील पाठ्यक्रम राहील.

३) गणित:-

गणित विषयाशी संबंधित प्रश्न हे गणितातील मूलभूत संबोध, तार्किकता, समस्या निराकरण व गणित विषयाचे अध्यापनशास्त्रीय ज्ञान या मुद्द्यांवर आधारीत असतील.

गणित विषयाची व्याप्ती इ. १ ली ते इ. ५ वी च्या प्रचलित अभ्यासक्रमावरील असेल.

४ परीसर अभ्यास :-

परिसर अभ्यास विषयाशी संबंधित प्रश्न हे इतिहास, नागरीक शास्त्र, भूगोल, सामान्य विज्ञान, पर्यावरण या विषयातील मूलभूत संबोध व या विषयाचे अध्यापनशास्त्रीय ज्ञान या मुद्द्यांवर आधारीत असतील.

परिसर अभ्यासाची व्याप्ती इ. १ ली ते ५ वी च्या प्रचलित अभ्यासक्रमानुसार असतील. मात्र पुनर्रचित प्राथमिक शिक्षण अभ्यासक्रम-२०१२ मध्ये इ. १ ली व इ. २री ला स्वतंत्रपणे परिसर अभ्यास हा विषय नाही. परिसर अभ्यास हा विषय प्रथम भाषा व गणित या विषयामध्ये एकात्मिक पध्दतीने समाविष्ट केलेला आहे. इ ३ री ते इ. ५ वी चा प्राथमिक शिक्षण अभ्यासक्रम २००४ मधील इतिहास. नागरीक शास्त्र, भूगोल, सामान्य विज्ञान या विषयांचा पाठ्यक्रम लागू राहील.

काठिण्य पातळी :- वरील सर्व विषयांच्या इयत्ता १ ली ते ५ वी चे अभ्यासक्रमातील घटकावर, माध्यमिक शालांत परीक्षेच्या काठिण्य पातळीचे प्रश्न असतील.

पाठ्यक्रमाची (Syllabus) व्याप्ती :-

४अ) गणित व विज्ञान विषय गट-

गणित व विज्ञान विषय गटासाठी एकूण ६० गुण असून त्यापैकी ३० गुण गणितासाठी व ३० गुण विज्ञानासाठी राहतील. या विषय गटातील प्रश्न हे विज्ञान व गणितातील मूलभूत संबोध, समस्या निराकरण क्षमता, गणित व विज्ञानाचे अध्यापन शास्त्रीय ज्ञान या संबधीचे असतील.

प्रचलित प्राथमिक शिक्षण अभ्यासक्रमामधील संबंधित विषयाचा इयत्ता ६ वी ते ८ वी चा पाठक्रम लागू राहील.

४ब) सामाजिक शास्त्रे विषय गट-

सामाजिक शास्त्रासाठी एकूण ६० गुणांचे प्रश्न असतील. सदर प्रश्न हे सामाजिक शास्त्रातील संकल्पन, आशय व अध्यापन शास्त्रीय ज्ञानासंबंधी असतील.

प्रचिलत प्राथमिक शिक्षण अभ्यासक्रम इ. ६वी ते ८वी च्या अभ्यासक्रमावर मधील संबंधित विषयाचा पाठ्यक्रम लागू राहील.

काठिण्य पातळी :- वरील सर्व विषयांच्या इयत्ता ६ वी ते ८ वी चे अभ्यासक्रमातील घटकावर, उच्च माध्यमिक शालांत परीक्षेच्या काठिण्य पातळीचे प्रश्न असतील.

HOW TO APPLY

Candidates can apply online only from 12.08.2014 to 01.09.2014 and no other mode of application will be accepted.

Pre-Requisites for Applying Online
Before applying online, candidates should—

  1. scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure II to this Advertisement.
  2. if desiring to make online payment of application fees/ intimation charges keep the necessary1 details/documents ready (In case of Offline Payment i.e. CBS candidates have to apply online, obtain a fee payment challan and then remit the necessary application fees/ intimation charges).
  3. have a valid personal email ID, which should be kept active till the completion of this round of Common Recruitment Process. IBPS may send call letters for the Examination etc. through the registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, a candidate should share with/mention e-mail ID to / of any other person. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line and must maintain that email account.

Application Fees/ Intimation Charges [Payable from 12.08.2014 to 01.09.2014 (Online payment) and 14.08.2014 to 03.09.2014   (Offline payment) both dates inclusive] shall be as follows

  • -  Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD/ EXSM candidates.
  • -  Rs. 600/-for all others

Procedure for applying online

  1. Candidates are first required to go to the IBPS's website www.ibps.in and click on the Home Page to open the link "CWE Clerks" and then click on the option "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CWE- CLERKS (CWE-Clerks-IV)" to open the On-Line Application Form.
  2. Candidates will have click on "CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION" to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed.
  3. Candidates are required to upload their photograph and signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature (Annexure II).
  4. Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application themselves as no change in any of the data filled in the online application will be possible/ entertained. Prior to submission of the online application candidates are advised to use the "SAVE AND NEXT" facility to verify the details in the online application form and modify the same if required. No change is permitted after clicking on FINAL SUBMIT Button. Visually Impaired candidates are responsible for carefully verifying/ getting the details filled in. in the online application form properly verified and ensuring that the same are correct prior to submission as no change is possible after submission.

Mode of Payment
Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges either through the ONLINE mode or the OFFLINE mode:

Payment of fees/ intimation charges via the ONLINE MODE

  1. Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully including the registration of preferences for Participating organisations and click on the "FINAL SUBMIT" button at the end of the On-Line Application format. Before pressing the "FINAL SUBMIT" button, candidates are advised to verify every field filled in the application. The name of the candidate or his /her father/husband etc.  should  be spelt  correctly  in  the   application  as  it  appears  in  the  certificates/mark  sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature. In case the candidate is unable to fill in the application form in one go. he/ she can save the data already entered. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should Final Submit the data.
  2. The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions.
  3. The payment can be made by using only Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
  4. After Final Submit, an additional page of the application form is displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details.
  5. If the online transaction has not been successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password and pay the Application Fees/ Intimation Charges online.
  6. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
  7. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form. Please note that if the same cannot be generated online transaction may not have been successful.

Note:

  • After submitting your payment information in the online application form, please wait for the intimation from the server, DO NOT press Back or Refresh button in order to avoid double charge
  • For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates.
  • To ensure the security of your data, please close the browser window once your transaction is completed.

Payment of fees/ intimation charges via OFFLINE MODE (at counters of specified Bank branches):

  1. Payment of fee/ intimation charges through the offline mode can be made through the CBS branches of any one of the following 7 Public Sector Banks- Bank of Baroda, Bank of India. Bank of Maharashtra, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India
  2. Candidates should fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully including the registration of preferences for Participating organisations and click on the "FINAL SUBMIT" button at the end of the On-Line Application format. Before pressing the "FINAL SUBMIT" button, candidates are advised to verify every field filled in the application. The name of the candidate or his /her father/husband etc. should be spelt correctly  in  the  application  as  it  appears  in  the  certificates/mark  sheets. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
  3. In case the candidate is unable to fill in the application form in one go, he/ she can save the data already entered. They can reopen the saved data using Provisional registration number and password and edit the particulars, if needed. Once the application is filled in completely, candidate should Final Submit the data. Candidates should take a printout of the system generated fee payment challan immediately. No change/edit will be allowed after final submission.
  4. The registration at this stage is provisional.
  5. Payment of Fee/ Intimation charges: Payment of Fee/ Intimation Charges will be accepted at the CBS branches of the banks listed above from 2nd working day after registration and can be made within three working days. System generated fee payment challan will be used for depositing fee/ intimation charges. (For example: If one has registered on 12.08.2014 then he/she will be able to deposit the fee/ intimation charges from 14.08.2014 to 19-08.2014 considering 15.08.2014, 17.08.2014 and 18.08.2014 are non- working days). Once fee/ intimation charges has been paid, the registration process is completed.
  6. Candidate will receive registration confirmation by SMS/e-mail after two working days from the date of payment of fees/ intimation charges. Please ensure to furnish correct Mobile number / e-mail address to receive the registration confirmation.



Note- - There is also a provision to reprint the submitted application containing fee/ intimation charges details, three days after fee payment.
After completing the procedure of applying on-line including payment of fees/ intimation charges, the candidate should take a printout of the system generated on-line application form three days after payment of fees/ intimation charges, ensure the particulars filled in are accurate and retain it along with Registration Number and Password for future reference. They should not send this printout to the IBPS/ Banks.

Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate.  Category. Date of Birth, Address, Mobile Number, Email ID, Centre of Examination, registration of preferences for Participating Organisations etc. will be considered as final and no change/modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application form. Candidates are hence advised to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained. IBPS will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of furnishing of incorrect and incomplete details in the application or omission to provide the required details in the application form.
An  online application which is incomplete in any respect  such  as  without  proper passport size photograph and signature uploaded in the online application form/ unsuccessful fee payment will not be considered as valid.
Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply on-line much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date for depositing the fee / intimation charges to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability/ failure to log on to the EBPS website on account of heavy load on internet/website jam.
IBPS does not assume any responsibility for the candidates not being able to submit their applications within the last date on account of the aforesaid reasons or for any other reason beyond the control of the IBPS. Please note that the above procedure is the only valid procedure for applying.    No other mode of application or incomplete steps would be accepted and such applications would be rejected.

This system of Common Recruitment Process- CWE, Common Interview and provisional allotment for recruitment of Clerical cadre posts in Participating Organisations has the approval of the appropriate authorities.

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) 
COMMON RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR RECRUITMENT IN CLERICAL CADRE IN PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS (CWE Clerks- IV)
The online examination for the next Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre Posts in the Participating Organisations listed below is tentatively scheduled in December 2014.
Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations listed at (A) as a Clerk or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE Clerks -IV). Candidates who appear and are shortlisted in the examination, will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be conducted by the Participating Organisations and co-ordinated by the Nodal Bank with the help of IBPS. Depending on the State/UT wise vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2015-16 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations and as reported to IBPS, candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations keeping in view the spirit of Govt. Guidelines on reservation policy, administrative convenience, etc. The validity for CWE Clerks-IV will automatically expire at the close of business on 31.03.2016 with or without giving any notice.
