Rachana Group, one of the largest real estate developers in Central India having projects in Nagpur urgently required the following position.
- Project Manager (Positions- 2) - Civil Engineer preferably with 5-10 yrs. of experience in similar position. Hand* on Planning, Monitoring, Construction & Execution of projects. Managing project risks and issues. A proven track record in the co-ordination and delivery of business or technical projects within a real estate company. Experience of staff/ contractors resource and budget management in a project management context A proven ability to work accurately under pressure. Should possess quick understanding o latest concepts and managing time effectively, whilst maintaining a flexible approach and positive attitude towards changing priorities and deadlines.
- Sr. Site Engineers (Positions- 3) - Civil Engineer preferably with 3- 6 yrs. of experience in similar position. Should ad as a technical advisor on construction site for subcontractors, craft people and operatives, day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of the any subcontractors planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
