B.G. Shirke Construction Technology Pvt. Ltd. are pioneers in prefab building systems in India, executing mass / mega housing projects using prefab / precast systems. Our precast plants are equipped with latest manufacturing technologies.

We are looking for young, energetic and career minded candidates for the following positions.

1. Precast Plant Head - Delhi - Civil Engineering Graduate with 15 to 20 years experience in handling operations and management of precast technology and production of precast concrete elements. Experience in carousel plant is essential. Must possess the ability to lead and motivate the team to organize, control and produce various types of precast components, as well as coordinate with the execution team for delivering matching components.
2. Dy. Manager (Precast Plant) - Delhi - 4 Nos - Civil Engineering Graduate, with experience of 10+ years in production of precast concrete element in manufacturing units. Experience in carousel plant is essential.
3. Dy. Manager (Precast Planning & Logistics) - Delhi - 2 Nos - Civil Engineering Graduate, with total experience of 10+ years in precast concrete element manufacturing units. Experience of 5+ years in handling precast element storages & dispatches is essential. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and also as per industry norms.
