HAL invites applications from result oriented Official Language (OL) Professionals for the
current vacancies/ posts for its various Divisions / Offices at Bengaluru and Korwa (Uttar Pradesh):

SELECTION PROCEDURE & PLACEMENT:

Assistant Officer (PL):

1. •   Selection process will comprise of an All - India based Online Selection Test and Interview. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria and meet the nature of experience possessed will be called for the Online Test. Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an Objective Type Online Test at their own expense, on the date, time and venue, which will be mentioned in the Admit Card. The Test will be 2 hours duration and will consist of 120 mulitple - choice questions on Official Language discipline;
2. •   The Online Test will be held at Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai & Noida. Candidates are required to choose any two cities as preference - 1 & 2 for Test Center and no change in any circumstance will be considered subsequently. However. HAL reserves the right to add / cancel any centre and allocate appropriate centre and reschedule the test date / venue depending upon the circumstances & the candidates are bound by the same;
3. •   Candidates are required to produce one of the Original & Valid Identity Card (i.e.. Voters ID Card; Driving License; Aadhaar Card; Passport; PAN Card; ID Card issued by Central / State Govt. / PSU for their employees; ID cards issued by Government Agencies authorized for the purpose; College ID card where the candidate has studied last along with a copy of which duly attested by the Gazetted Officer) to prove their identity before the Invigilator, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the Online Test.
4. •   The candidates will be shortlisted for interview on the basis of Online Selection Test marks in order of merit in the ratio of 1; 5 to the number of vacancies in each category.
5. •    Final Selection shall be done by assigning the weightage of 85% marks for Online Test and 15% marks for Interview.
6. •   Senior Manager (OL) & Officer (OL): Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria and meet the nature of experience possessed will be called for Interview in the ratio of 1:10 to the number of vacancies in each category;

Senior Manager (OL), Officer (PL) & Asst. Officer (OL):

1. •  Candidates provisionally selected by HAL will have to undergo a pre-employment Medical Exam before joining HAL. Applicants should meet the medical standards prescribed by the Company. Appointment of selected candidates is subject to receipt of satisfactory medical report from the Company's Doctor as per the Medical Standards of the Company. 2. •  Appointment of selected candidates is subject to verification of Caste (wherever applicable) and Character & Antecedents from the concerned Authorities, as per the rules of the Company;
3. •  Selected candidates can be posted to any Division / R&D Centers / Office of the Company The candidates will not be allowed to seek / apply for transfer to any other Division / R&D Center / Office / Location of the Company for initial three years of service.
