In connection to the circular under reference and as per approval accorded by the Chief General Manager (T&S), Eklahare- Nashik the 118th Lower GAD Examination is scheduled to be held on 23rd Aug, 2014 at Nashik Centre.

The list of Roll Nos. allotted to the examinees is available on the website of the Three companies i.e. M.S.E.D.C.L./ M.S.E.T.C.L./ M.S.E.G.C.L. All the concerned may please take notice of the above information to avoid telegrams, telephones for making enquiries of Roll Nos. & Centre. There will be no changes in the Roll Nos. allotted here in after.

1. All examinees should bring their "letter of cognizance" in two copies for appealing to the examination and identity card issued by the office. Without above documents examinees will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
2. The examinees should bring their own books as per syllabus and the books may be used/referred to wherever their use is allowed.
3. No exchange of books will be permissible to avoid copying and act of misconduct.
4. Use of mobile phones are not allowed during the examination.
5. The examinees should not write anything on question paper.
6. Examinees should write their correct Roll No on answer books.
7. Any act of misconduct during the examination will be viewed seriously.

Candidates appearing for the examination should make their own arrangement of accommodation.
