ADVERTISEMENT FOR ENGAGING RETIRED MEDICAL OFFICERS ON CONTRACT BASIS IN CGHS WELLNESS CENTRES IN NAGPUR

Applications are invited from Medical Officer (Allopathy) and Specialists who have retired from Central / State Government service and PSUs for filling up of vacant posts in CGHS Wellness Centres and Polyclinic in Nagpur, on purely temporary and on contract basis, as per terms given below. Duly filled application forms should reach the office of the Additional Director, CGHS, Near TV Tower, Seminary Hills, Nagpur - 440006 within 21 days of publication of advertisement in the newspaper.

1	Age Limit	Not exceeding 64 (sixty four) years.
2	Educational Qualification	Minimum qualification required is of a MBBS degree for Medical Officer. P.G. Degree with 3 years service in the relevant field and P.G. Diploma with 5 years service in the relevant field for specialist.
3	Remuneration	Lump sum amount of Rs. 46000/- per month for Medical Officers and Rs. 55000/-per month for specialists. Private practice in any form is not allowed.
4	Duration of Appointment	Initially for a period of one year, this could be extended for one year at a time till 65 years for till regular doctor joins whichever is earlier. No extension beyond 65 years.
5	Number of vacancies	Medical Officers - 3 (Three) and Specialist - 2 (Two), [ Medicine -1 (One), Paediatrician -1 (One) ] Number of posts are subject to change.
6	Place of posting	The selected candidate will be posted in any CGHS Wellness Centre / Polyclinic in Nagpur and they will be functioning under the control of the Chief Medical Officer incharge of the Wellness Centre in which they are posted.
7	Preference	(i) Candidates having post graduate qualification in clinical subjects will be preferred, (ii) Doctors who have worked in CGHS shall be preferred, (iii) Knowledge of Computer
