1. Manager: Plant Operations: Graduate with 15 years of experience in a similar role. Not over 50 years of age.
2. Plant Supervisor: HSSC or above with 7 years of experience in a similar role. Not more than 40 years of age. 
3. Engineer: Mechanical: Atleast 5 years of experience in a manufacturing unit. Below 45 years of age.
4. Engineer: Electrical: Atleast 5 years of experience in a manufacturing unit Age not more than 45 years. 
5. Officer: HRD: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/ PR Below 35 years of age.
6. Officer: Business Development: Atleast 10 years experience in B to B sales Age not more than 35 years. 
7. Officers: Purchase: Experience in dealing with scrap tyres or in similar field of activities Below 35 years. 
8. Lab Assistant/ Quality Assurance Officer: 5 years experience Rubber Technology/ Polymer Science. Age not more than 40 years.
9. Store Incharge: 3 years of experience in store-keeping and inventory management Age below 35 years
10. Financial Accountant: Graduates with minimum 7 years of experience age below 40 years.
11. Boiler Operators: Atleast 5 years of experience.
12. Skilled Worker: For operation of Reclaim Rubber Processing Equipment.
