LEADING TECHNOLOGY COMPANY REQUIRES KEY PERSONNEL AND STAFF FOR ITS CORPORATE OFFICE AT NEW DELHI
OIS Advanced Technology is a technology company engaged in high end professional electronics and mechanical systems for defence, aerospace and homeland security solutions.
It is looking for professionals in the following areas:
POST-GENERAL MANAGER (Strategy & Technology Planning)
- Age: Preferably below 50 years
- Qualification: A first class degree in Electronics/Mechanical/ Aeronautical Engg. from college of repute. Regular degree in MBA will be preferred
- Experience & Particulars: The post involves appointment at senior level, reporting to CCO/CMD of the company. The incumbent should have vast experience in MNC/DRDO/DPSU in Defence Technologies preferably in the area of Aerospace and Ground Equipment such as Radars, Guns/Tanks. Electronic Systems; both at the factory and corporate level. The officer should be dynamic with fast understanding the realms of business & technology with practical orientation. Should have updated knowledge of both national & international markets in the desired segment. Should be able to evaluate techno/commercial proposal for tie up in technology through JVs, Teaming Agreements, ToT. The job involves interaction with foreign and Indian companies at apex level for technology assessment, evaluation and negotiations. Ability to network with people will be important requisite. Minimum 5 years experience in core Marketing Discipline is considered important for this post.
POST - GENERAL MANAGER (Marketing)
- Age: Preferably below 50 years
- Qualification: A first class degree preferably in Engg. from college of repute, Regular MBA in marketing from a reputed university.
- Experience & Particulars: The post involves proactive institutional marketing for Homeland Security and Integrated Systems and state of the art equipment developed indigenously for customers across government/private clients and exports in international markets. The officer should be result oriented, self-starter with goal setting; with adequate background experience in dealing with clients at middle and senior levels. Should have excellent communication and presentability skills, flare for commercial & negotiation skills both with key vendors and end customers. Should be technically well versed to generate techno/ commercial proposals based on customer requirements. Ability to network with customers, flare for market intelligence, awareness of competitive products/systems and ability to forecast business potential, risk analysis are important requisite.
POST-MANAGER MARKETING
- Qualification: Schooling from English Medium. First class Graduate degree in Science/Engineering/technology from a college of repute. Regular MBA from a good university.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years marketing experience preferably in Defence/Aerospace/Govt Sectors. Knowledge of Defence/ Govt Procurement procedures. Should secure orders by offering solutions and effective follow up with customers. Flare for assimilating new technology. Basics of costing and budgeting, Pricing strategy. Communication skills both in writing and oral with good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Excel. Word and Powerpoint Presentation.
POST - MANAGER LOGISTICS
- Age: Preferably below 40 years
- Qualification: Graduation from reputed University
- Experience & Particulars: 8-10 years in a midsized, reputed organization. Should have good experience and knowledge of coordinating Exhibitions (India/abroad, interactions with companies, logistics for management of materials/goods movement including the dealings of insurance, freight forwarders, transporters, custom clearances and purchase knowledge. Should have good negotiating skills. Should have good drafting and typing skills and ability to manage office effectively.
POST - OFFICE ASSISTANTS (Female)
- Age: Below 35 years
- Qualification: Regular Graduate course in Arts/Commerce/ Science Degree from Delhi University. Course in Office Secretariat will be preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-8 years, having worked in an organization of repute/MNCs preferably Engg. Industry.
- Essential Skill Set: Tho job involves working under senior officers of the company. To be well versed in managing the office, Independent letter drafting and correspondence with customers, suppliers/vendors, Govt, departments; follow up, filing system, multi-tasking. Should be well versed in English language both written and oral. Proficient in computers, MS-Office, Word, Power point Presentation.
- Typing speed : 40 words/min
POST- FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONISTS (Female)
- Age: Below 30 years
- Qualification: Schooling from English medium, graduation in Arts/Science from Delhi University.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years; preferably in MNCs/Companies of repute.
- Essential Skill Set: Should have excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with personnel of domestic companies and companies abroad. Should have comprehension to understand business/Industry terms. Knowledge in computer Word, Powor point and typing spood of min. 30 words/min. Should have experience in maintenance of records and awareness of security procedures. Should be capable of multitasking.
