MANAGER, ARCHITECT, ENGINEERS & SUPERVISORS REQUIRED AT POONAM RESORTS LIMITED IN MAY 2014

POONAM RESORTS LTD. 

Urgently requires for their upcoming 5 star projects in Nagpur the following :

1. PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL) - The incumbent should be a B.E./M.E. in civil engineering. He should have at least 10-15 years of experience in independently handling sites of 50 to 100 acres like townships, etc. Should be able to lead a team for fast execution of projects.
2. ARCHITECT - The candidate should be B.Arch having 7-8 years experience in designing projects, preparing construction drawing on CAD etc. Knowledge of 3D will be an added asset. Should be also able to deliver photorealistic renderings and coordination with National / International Architects.
3. PROJECT ENGINEERS (CIVIL) - The candidates should be B.E.(Civil) having at least 7-8 years experience in execution of multistoried residential and commercial projects.
4. SITE SUPERVISORS - The Candidate should be a Diploma in Civil Engineering. He should have experience of around 3-4 years in relevant field.
