1. General Manager/Jr. General Manager: First class - Graduates/Post Graduates in Engineering with minimum experience of 25 years for General Manager and 22 years for Jr. General Manager in reputed institutions of which 5 years in senior management position preferably in a consultancy organisation.
2. Senior Consultant/Project Manager: First class - Graduates/Post Graduates In Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Architecture with minimum 12 years post qualification experience.
3. Consultant/Project Engineer: First class Graduates/ Post Graduates in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Architecture with minimum post qualification experience of 5 years for Consultants and 4 years for Project Engineer.
