Invited Application for Semi Professional Assistant at NCERT, New Delhi in Oct. 2014. Details of Qualification, Age Limit and Venue are given below:

The Early Literacy Programme of Department of Elementary Education (DEE) propose to fill-up one post of Semi Professional Assistant (Library of ELP) on contractual basis on a consolidated monthly salary for a period up to 31st March 2015 for PAB SSA 2014-15 approved programme.

Job Profile of SPA (Library, ELP) : Registration of members (Manual or Integrated System), Maintenance of membership records. Issue, Return and Renewal of books. Preparing purchase orders. Maintenance of Bill, Upkeep and providing services from the Theses and Dissertations, rare books and other reserved collection, Performing the stock, verification, Data entry operations, noting, drafting, verification and scrutiny of records relating to library establishment, maintenance of files and records, budget maintenance, stores, helping in compilation of bibliography.
Candidates should bring original certificates and attested copies of the certificates in respect of age and educational qualifications etc. at the time of interview.

Interested candidates may appear for the walk-in-interview on 13.10.2014 at 11.00 a.m. in Room No.415, 4th Floor, G.B.Pant Block, NCERT, New Delhi. No TA/DA will he paid for attending the interview. Assignment is purely temporary and it will not confer on his/her any claim for regular employment in NCERT. Candidates who have already worked in the NCERT for 2 yrs. need not apply.
