He should be able to handle plant independently by possessing result oriented leadership quality, coordination skills with his team and vendors, knowledge of food laws and regulations, and he should be a good motivator and guide to achieve overall organizational development.
2. Production Supervisors: Diploma in production/ Mechanical Engineering with a minimum 3 years experience in supervising a manufacturing plant. Quality Control Supervisor: Candidate should be a graduate in chemistry with 3 years experience in a similar industry and should be able to handle food lab.
