Product/Project Manager
Job Description:
- ■ Execute product development road map.
- ■ Technical guidance in Java Development.
- ■ Mentor and administer project teams.
- ■ Manage release cycles & quality assurance.
- ■ Interact with International customers for product customization and take escalations on support issues and interact with onsite team at late evening hours.
Requirements:
- ■ 10 years + Experience in software development
- ■ Should have experience of entire SDLC & PMP certification is a plus.
- ■ Excellent communication skills and customer relationship with strong people management capabilities is a mandate.
- ■ At least 2 years engagement in product development.
Education Qualification:
- ■ B.E./MCA/Diploma in IT or related field.
Senior Support Engineer
Job Description:
- ■ Product support for customers.
- ■ Identify bugs and plan/create/deploy fixes.
- ■ Perform QA and Release Management activities & Testing.
- ■ Should be ready to wort in night shifts.
Requirements:
- ■ Strong expertise of at least 3 years in J2EE.
- ■ Jboss Server Administration capabilities.
- ■ Trained in release management processes.
- ■ Excellent customer facing skills.
Education Qualification:
- ■ BE /MCA/Diploma in IT related fields.
