REQUIRED

1. Customer Service Officer (Female) : English medium Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Customer Handling, Collecting Orders, Tracking & Updating them about their Dispatch, Record and Resolve Issues or Complaints, Follow ups for outstanding and take care of required Credit / Debit Note, Manage Control and Quote for enquiries received via mail or phone. •  Complete command in English, Hindi & Marathi with Excellent communication skills. •  Extensive experience in MS office to manage al reports and records. •  Confident in controlling the customers and satisfy them with positive service approach. • Support to sales team and other departments. •  Sincere and Dedicated towards her work.
2. Accounts & CRM Assistant (Female) : Any graduate win 2-3 yrs. experience in Accounts (Tally) & she can able to manage the documents as well. •  Fluency In Hindi & Marathi. •  Control & Manage Phone Calls. • Working Knowledge n MS office & Excel. •  Confident, Sincere* Dedicated towards her work.
