Program Associate - Executive Education Programs

The Executive Education Office requires dynamic Program Associates in the age group of 25-30 years. The appointment is purely on temporary basis and would be for a period of three year. However, it may be extended further depending on the performance of the selected candidates.

Job Profile:

• The selected person would be handling programme promotion, programme execution and other programme related tasks. The candidate should have exceptional ability to communicate effectively; strong team-building skills and is attentive to details. This person should be a self-starter and resourceful.

Education Qualification and Experience:

• The candidate should be an MBA or an equivalent Masters degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities. Some experience related to marketing, and selling executive programs or professional services to corporate clients is desirable. A good knowledge of Excel, Access, and other computer-related tasks is essential. The candidate should have at-least two years of relevant experience.

Remuneration:

• Compensation will be as per Institute norms and commensurate with the experience.
