1. Administration - MBA/ PGDM (HR/Industrial Relations ) / Any Graduate 10 years of experience with responsibility preferably in Detergent Cake / Powder / Home Care Company. Managing operations involving resource planning, production planning, materials planning, budgeting & control, techno commercial negotiations, in-process inspection. Computer literacy MS Office, Outlook, Internet & E-mail. Command over Hindi and English language.
2. Production Supervisor - M.Sc in Food Technology/ B.Sc (Chemistry), production management in FMCG with leadership qualities, responsible for production function, quality and food safety & the cleanliness and hygiene of the product. Proficient in MS Office Excellent command on English is a must.
3. Marketing Manager - MBA (Marketing), 10 years experience in FMCG ( Foods). Responsibilities to identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements. Ability to wort with team, pleasant personality, Computer literacy In MS Office, Fluent in English Language.
4. Area Sales Manager - MBA (Marketing)/ Graduate, with Enterprise resource planning, Strong customer service and relationship development minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG (foods preferable) of sales/ commercial transactions, Strong proficiency in ERP/excel is a must, Fluent in English language is a must
5. Lab Incharge - B.Sc Chemistry, Experienced person in Food technology.
6. Store Incharge - Experienced candidate having complete knowledge of store keeping, preferable with food industry, Must be computer literate and have knowledge of store keeping software.
