DIRECTOR

The Director is the Chief Academic and Executrve officer of the Institute reporting directly to the Chairman He/she should have a first class Master's degree in Management/ relevant management related discipline and Ph.D. or equivalent in appropriate dtsaphne from a reputed Institute/ University in India or abroad. The person should be an eminent academician with the qualities of administrative leadership.

Minimum of 10 years teaching and/or research and/or industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor or minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/or research and/or Industry. Or, a scholastically oriented Board-level Management Professional equivalent to Professor or at least 15 years standing in industry / government having publications in the field of management. The candidate should preferably be below 60 years of age.

Compensation will be at par with National level B- Schools and as per the norms of AICTE.
