2. Team Leader- Service Desk 5 years <MS/SDL/03> - Global customer support deliveries in managing 24/7 Service Desk Operations team. ITIL certification 
3. Oracle Exadata Database Administrator 5-7 years <MS/Exadata/05> - Oracle Database Management skills of versions 10g/11g. Oracle Exadata DB platforms, RAC and Dataguard
4. Exalytics Specialist 3-5 years <MS/Exalytics/07> - Managing and maintaining Exalytics hosting WebLogic application servers and OBIEE application. Strong technical knowledge of OBIEE architecture (repository), administration tool, security and dashboard development
5. Exalogic Specialist 3-5 years <MS/Exalogic/09> - Setting up, monitoring and maintaining Exalogic. Configunng and administering OEM for various components. Experience in configuring Exalogic Server with Exadata Server
6. Technical Specialist- Ubuntu Linux 3 years <MS/Ubuntu/12> - Operating System Ubuntu Administrator m large environment having 500+ workstation. Scripting in Bash Shelf /Perl/Python and automation
7. Sr. Technical Specialist- Microsoft Lync 4 years <MS/Lync/02> - Microsoft Unified messaging and communication of Lync 201072013 Server. PowerShell and Lync Troubleshooting tools. Lync Enterprise Voice support for Lync Dial Plan. Voice Policy, and Unified Messaging. WireShark and NetMon
8. Technical Specialist- HP DMA 3 years <MS/HPDMA/04> - HP DMA. Server automation, operation orchestration and database / middleware tool
9. Sr. Technical Specialist - SQL Server DBA 4 years <MS/SQL/06> - Microsoft SOL server 2000, 2005, 2008, 2012, Infrastructure management. Application support and troubleshooting
10. Technical Specialist- TSM Backup 3 years <MS/TSM/08> - Tivoli Storage Manager(TSM). Server, network and storage management
11. Technical Specialist- Mac OS 3 years <MS/Mac/10> - 500Mac clients environment having Unix and Mac CLI skills. Open source tools as mumki, reposado. Autopkg and AutoOMG. ACSP certification
12. St. Technical Specialist - Sharepoint Admin 5 Years <MS/Sharepoint/11> - Microsoft SharePoint Platform Servers 2003/2007/2010/ 2013 and WSS/SharePoint Foundation. IIS and SQL
